Exchange and Return

We always strive to provide our customers with the best service and conditions for purchasing Sweden starter packs, SIM cards for the Czech Republic, England, and a wide range of mobile operators from other countries. However, we also understand that situations may arise when customers want to return or exchange the purchased SIM card. Below are the conditions regarding the exchange and return of goods for your reference, so you can be aware of all the details.

 

Conditions for returning a SIM card

Returning international SIM cards within 14 days of purchase is possible if the following conditions are met:

The item is in its original condition: The SIM card must be in its original state, without damage, scratches, or any other signs of use – it should be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. For example, if you ordered a Netherlands SIM card, when returning it, it should have the exact same appearance as when it was delivered to you.

Unused: The SIM card should not have been used. This means it should not have been inserted into mobile devices or activated. The number associated with the SIM card should not have been used for calls, sending and/or receiving messages, registrations, subscriptions, internet usage, or other services.

Intact packaging: If the item arrived to you without factory packaging, don’t worry; some cards do not come with it, such as Poland and the United Kingdom SIM cards. But if the order was delivered in packaging, it should be returned in its original state.

! Please note that activated SIM cards, upon your request, are not eligible for return or exchange. Activation, for example, of a Czech Republic SIM card, implies its use, and it is considered unsuitable for resale. For instance, if you order an activated Germany SIM card, returning or exchanging this item will be impossible.

 

Important clarification

Please be aware that all the functionality of a SIM card is available in the country to which it belongs. If you plan to use a foreign SIM card while roaming, some features such as calls, sending messages, and internet access may be limited or unavailable. For example, the functionality of a UK SIM card in England and while roaming will differ. This depends on the roaming rules of your chosen mobile operator and is a standard practice, so it is not a basis for a return or replacement. We recommend clarifying the details with your manager before making a purchase.

Remember that there are often very subtle conditions; for example, SIM cards from the United States will only receive SMS in Ukraine after topping up the balance, while SIM cards from Kazakhstan will receive SMS in Ukraine without topping up the balance, and incoming/outgoing calls will be available after topping up the balance.
